A high percentage of Americans (60 %), take their health insurance plans by an employer, even if the rate is falling. The expenses for the employers paid-up health insurance are with very rising trend: since early two thousands, customers for the family insurance qoutes have raised about 80 per cent in spite of the wages,salaries are found to rise almost 20 per cent and the inflation hit to 16 per cent. Employees with employer’s assurance supported also contribute, in two thousand seven, the average percentage of the premium is paid, sixteen per cent of the employees are are for single insurance plans and twenty eight percent is for the cover of the family. Beside the premium supplemens, employees make additional payments if they take health service.
